Otterbein SeniorLife To Add New Independent Living Homes

The Ohio project will include 1,300- to 1,500-square-foot ranch-style houses.

Continuing care retirement community (CCRC) Otterbein SeniorLife is planning to add three new single ranch homes to its independent living community in Lebanon, Ohio, according to an article in Journal-News.

The homes range from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet and include two bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage, and an open floor plan with a kitchen and living, dining, and family rooms.

The project is part of the CCRC’s master plan, which is re-evaluated every five years.

Additional apartments are also planned for 2022 or 2023.
