Omni Senior Living (Solon, Ohio) is eyeing two potential locations in Berea, Ohio, to build a Vitalia active senior community, according to an article in Cleveland.com.

The 130- to 150-unit community would either be a four-story structure with a flat roof or a building with three stories and a pitched roof.

Planned amenities for the approximately $20 million project include a bistro, indoor pool, theater, putting green, outdoor pavilion, bocce court, salon, library, and dog park.
