Omega Communities, LLC (Birmingham, Ala.) has teamed with select local churches in Sarasota County to build two assisted living and memory care campuses.

The construction of The Fountains of Hope is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. The development will be a newly constructed 90,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community offering 106 residences on a 10-acre parcel on the campus of the Church of Hope.

The communities will include features and amenities such as dining areas, outdoor patios, outdoor courtyards and private residences. Omega Communities has engaged Life Care Services, an LCS company, to manage the residences.
