Construction work is underway in Melbourne, Fla., on a new $22.8 million community set on five acres for active adults 55-years-plus.
Olea at Viera will feature 166 apartment homes in two four-story buildings with elevators. The community will offer residents 19 floor plans ranging from one bedroom, one bath to three-bedroom, two bath homes from 632 to 1,588 square feet.
The amenities will include a large, social kitchen, pool, cabana, courtyard, library, community garden, fitness studio with athletic equipment, dog wash, and park. Residents will have the choice of uncovered, attached, and detached garages.
Developer CRP/Pollack Addison Village LLC has selected LandSouth Construction as the general contractor and Meeks + Partners is the architect. Olea at Viera is scheduled for completion in May 2020.
