Construction has begun on The Oaks at Ashton Hills, a new 68,507-square-foot Oaks Senior Living assisted living and memory care community in Covington, Ga.
The Oaks will be built adjacent to the Ashton Hills Golf Club and located near Piedmont Newton Hospital. The 86-unit, $10 million community is slated to open its doors to residents in summer 2018.
The architect is Stegenga + PARTNERS, located in Alpharetta, Ga.
