As part of a multiphase campus development project, Oak Trace Senior Living Community is adding a new five-story independent living building in Downers Grove, Ill., according to an article in the Daily Herald.
The addition will include 145 residential units and a one-story commons building, which will connect an existing residential building and healthcare center.
The project team includes SAS Architects & Planners (architectural designer; Northbrook, Ill.).
Completion is slated by 2024.
