North Star Georgetown Kicks Off Construction in Georgetown, Texas

The new 298,800-square-foot project will feature 210 apartments on a 12-acre site for older adults.

Construction has started on the North Star Georgetown community for 55+ active adults in Georgetown, Texas.

The project is being developed by Square One Consultants (development consultant) and Walker Real Estate (owner) in collaboration with Pi Architects (architect), Pat Berry Design LLC (interior designer), and Skybeck Construction LLC (general contratcor).

Located on a 12-acre site, North Star Georgetown will include 298,800 square feet of active adult living, including 210 resident apartments and community space.

The property will feature a two-story great room and clubhouse. Clubhouse amenities include an exercise room, yoga studio, community kitchen, dining, and theater/lounge. On the second floor, a craft studio and game room will overlook the first-floor clubhouse amenities.

Additional amenities include a covered plaza overlooking a courtyard pool deck and outdoor dining, a pool, outdoor firepit, and a dog park for pets and a playground for family.
