Do you know of innovative, outcome-oriented staff teamwork in a long-term care facility—teamwork that contributes to the optimum function and well-being of residents—worthy of an award? If so, you can nominate the effort for recognition by Environments for Aging's sister publication, Long-Term Living.

Nominations are now being accepted for Long-Term Living's OPTIMA Award. All nursing homes and assisted living facilities nationwide are eligible.

The awards were created in 1996 to facilitate the flow of knowledge from experts to nursing home and assisted living staffs. To learn more about the award and past recipients, see www.ltlmagazine.com/OPTIMA2014.
