Newbridge Properties (Stamford, Conn.) held a topping out ceremony for Newbridge Retirement Community in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
The 75,000-square-foot community will include assisted living and memory care.
Amenities will include a library, café bistro, salon and spa, pub, fitness room, art and gardening areas, outdoor courtyards and walking trails, and therapy room.
The memory care neighborhood will have private dining, a kitchen, nurses’ station, and common living spaces.
The project team comprises Vessel Architecture (architect; Creve Coeur, Mo.) and Impact Strategies (construction manager; St. Louis).
Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2023.
