Aspire Development Partners and Solomon Development Services have announced plans to build a new assisted living facility near the Hamilton Mill community in Dacula, Ga.
The site will feature 80 units of assisted living and memory care residences and is expected to start construction this summer.
The community will have two bistros, fine dining, a wellness center, gardens, a personal training fitness center, concierge services, a library, and special events rooms all in an environment which includes music, aromatherapy, color therapy and specialized wellness protocols for healing and thriving.
Trinity Lifestyles Management, LLC, a Solomon affiliate, will manage the community under the Dogwood Forest brand.
