New Senior Living Project To Be Built In Waikiki, Hawaii

<p>Work is underway to build <a href="http://www.kalakauagarden.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kalākaua Gardens</a>, a new senior living in Waikiki, Hawaii. Ground was broken recently and the project is expected to be complete in 2015.</p><p>The tower will include an exercise yard, a courtyard, landscaped walking paths, and water features. Housing more than 200 residents, the units will comprise 49 beds for skilled nursing facility, 55 memory care, and 112 for assisted living.</p>

Work is underway to build Kalākaua Gardens, a new senior living in Waikiki, Hawaii. Ground was broken recently and the project is expected to be complete in 2015.

The tower will include an exercise yard, a courtyard, landscaped walking paths, and water features. Housing more than 200 residents, the units will comprise 49 beds for skilled nursing facility, 55 memory care, and 112 for assisted living.

Kalākaua Gardens will also includes commercial space located on the first two floors. The developer is Island Paradise Investments together with Avalon Health Care Group. The architects is Architects Hawaii Ltd.
