Ryan Companies US Inc., Cadence Living, and a controlled affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, have kicked off construction on Acoya Scottsdale at Troon, 198,000-square-foot senior living community in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Acoya will provide 135 independent and assisted living units on six acres with an exterior designed to complement the Santa Fe architecture of the surrounding area.
Amenities will include an indoor PGA golf simulator, resort-style swimming pool, rooftop patio, fine dining, private dining, bistro and pub, a fitness center, hair salon, craft room, garden, exam rooms, underground parking, and valet parking.
The project architect is Ryan A+E Inc. and the interior designer is Thoma-Holec Design.
Construction is expected to be complete in mid-2020.
