Watercrest Senior Living Group has revelaed plans to construct a new 107-unit community for senior living in Macon, Ga.
The Watercrest Macon community will feature 75 assisted living and 32 memory care residences.
Planned amenities will include a salon and spa, multiple dining venues, and Southern style outdoor living spaces.
Watercrest Senior Living Group will serve as developer, construction manager, and operator of the project. Groundbreaking is projected for July 2019 with scheduled completion in fall 2020.
