Rose Senior Living (Bloomfield Hills, Mich.) has plans to build a 190,000-square-foot, 175-bed facility at the Avon Place development in Ohio, near the Cleveland Clinic Richard E. Jacobs Health Center.
The first phase of this project is expected to open in 2016 and will offer a variety of services including options for dining as well as recreation areas.
The developer is Edward Rose & Sons. Ecumen (Shoreview, Minn.) will manage the facility. The planning commission of the city of Avon will review the plans. Jacobs Real Estate Services (Cleveland), an affiliate of The Richard E. Jacos Group, is marketing the land at Avon Place.
Cost and other details about the project have not yet been released.
