Pathway to Living has started construction on Aspired Living of La Grange in La Grange, Ill.
The five-story assisted living and memory care community will offer 84 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care studios on the first floor. The planned circular layout of the memory support neighborhood will include a private courtyard for residents.
Aspired Living of La Grange will offer additional amenities such as a bistro/wine bar, a community life room with demonstration kitchen, movie theater, art studio, restaurant with all-day dining, and a salon and spa. On-site wellness amenities include a therapy and fitness center, physician consultation area, and landscaped outdoor courtyard with walking paths.
The community is scheduled to open in January 2020. The general contractor is The Opus Group and the interior designer is Thoma-Holec Design.
