Plans are under way for a new senior living community in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights in New Mexico, reports Albuquerque Business First.
Élan – Santa Monica is being developed in by Titan Senior Living, an arm of Titan Development. The 110-unit community on 4 acres, is located within the 60-acre Santa Monica development, which includes the 280-unit multifamily project, Broadstone Santa Monica.
The master plan includes a combination of Class A multifamily, senior housing, and attached and detached single-family homes. The community will be licensed to provide assisted living and memory support services as well.
Reid & Associates, a sister company of Titan Development, is the general contractor for Élan. Life Care Services of Des Moines, Iowa, will be the operator.
