Americare is building a 28-unit assisted-living facility, and the Arbors at Adams Pointe, a 16-unit memory-care facility.
The $3.2 million facilities will provide licensed nursing 40 hours a week at Adams Pointe and around-the-clock licensed nursing at the Arbors.
Adams Pointe's three-room units will each have a full private bath, walk-in closet and kitchenette.
The facility also will have a beauty salon, exercise area, cafe, and a private dining room.
