New Savanna House Community Underway

Plans for the new Savanna House Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Gilbert, Ariz., are underway.

There will be 74 assisted living and 42 memory care residences with private bed and bathrooms, as well as homelike community areas for socializing, dining, and entertaining.

The community will offer three distinct memory care neighborhoods, each catering to residents who are living with different stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia. The assisted living portion of the community will offer residents assistance with activities of daily living at various levels as needed.

Savanna House, scheduled to open in early fall 2016, is located close to Banner Gateway Medical Center and will be managed by LCS/CRSA. The project is being developed by the Dallas office of Prevarian Senior Living. The manager is Life Care Services, an LCS Co.
