Presbyterian SeniorCare Network (Pittsburgh) and Senior Housing Partners (Roseville, Minn.), a subsidiary of Presbyterian Homes & Services (St. Paul, Minn.), are partnering on a new independent living community in North Strabane Township, Pa.
Situated on 6.8 acres, the 80-unit project Encore on the Lake, will feature 36 one-bedroom units and 44 two-bedroom units with private balconies. Amenities will include a club lounge, bistro, fitness center, multipurpose room, outdoor terraces, and underground parking.
The community will be owned and operated by Encore Living Group, Inc., an affiliate of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network.
The project team includes Pope Architects (design; St. Paul) and Mistick Construction (general contractor; Pittsburgh).
