Moceri Cos. recently celebrated the opening of its Blossom Ridge senior living community in Rochester, Mich.
The 44-acre campus features a wide range of residences from cottages, paired duet homes, and ranches with screened porches. All of these home styles include one-car or two-car attached garages, according to master builder and partner, Frank Moceri. The Grand Residence is a two- story brick and limestone building, which is wrapped around open courtyards, terraces, gardens and an indoor pool.
The campus has amenities such as Petals, a full-service salon and spa; indoor and outdoor pools; Chef-driven dining experiences; a 20-acre park with miles of paved trails, water features, pickleball and bocce ball courts; fitness studios; a technology studio and performance theatre; an art studio; and more.
