The Pinellas County Housing Authority (Largo, Fla.) is building Flats on Fourth, a new affordable senior living community in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to baynews9.com.
Set to be completed by summer 2026, the $36 million project will house 80 residential units in a mid-rise apartment building.
Amenities will include a library, multipurpose room, on-site clinic, tech lab, fitness room, yoga area, and physician’s office.
The project will also incorporate a greywater recycling system.
The Pinellas County Housing Authority is partnering with the City of St. Petersburg and the National Housing Trust Fund (Washington, D.C.) on the project.
