National Development (Newton Lower Falls, Mass.) and Epoch Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) are planning a new luxury senior living community in Lexington, Mass.
Situated on 17.5 acres, Waterstone of Lexington will include 40 assisted living residences and 116 independent living units, which will be available in one- and two-bedroom options with luxury finishes, open floor plans, walk-in closets, and designer kitchens.
Amenities will include an indoor heated pool, salon, on-site dining, media room, theater, wellness center equipped for telemedicine, and outdoor courtyard with firepit.
The community is expected to open in summer 2022.
