<p><a href="http://www.nationalchurchresidences.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">National Church Residences</a>, a Columbus, Ohio-based affordable housing developer, plans to build a 190-unit retirement community in Westerville, Ohio.</p><p>The National Church Residences Central College community would feature 96 independent-living apartments, 50 assisted-living units, and a 22-bed nursing home in a four-story, 155,000-square-foot complex. The site will also include space to add 22 independent-living one-story cottages units.</p><p>A budget and timetable for the project have not been released.</p>
