MorseLife continues its four-phase, $150 million capital project on its campus in West Palm Beach, Fla., .

According to Keith A. Myers, president and CEO of MorseLife, two phases have been completed with the January 2014 opening of the 100,000-square-foot, 120-bed Sondra and David S. Mack Pavilion for Short-Term Rehabilitation and the recently completed renovations on the 160-bed Resnick Pavilion at Morse Geriatric Center, and the organization just broke ground for the 52-apartment Memory Care Assisted Living, a residence for seniors with memory impairment scheduled to open in the spring of 2015.

A fourth project to begin in mid-2015 will be 182 new independent living apartments to be connected to the existing Tradition of the Palm Beaches independent/assisted living residence, bringing the total number of apartments to 324. This project will be completed in two phases over two years.

The capital campaign, the Campaign to Transform MorseLife, began in 2010.
