MorningStar Senior Living (Denver) held a grand opening of a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care senior living community in Kirkland, Wash., according to an article in kirklandreporter.com.

Situated on 3.78 acres, the five-story, 113,591-square-foot project features studios and one- and two-bedroom units.

Amenities include a salon, fitness center, therapy gym with on-site therapists, covered parking spaces, and all-day restaurant-style dining. Residents also have access to a variety of outdoor amenities such as  a bocce ball court, fire pit, and Zen garden.
