Morning Point Senior Living (Ooltewah, Tenn.) is planning a $2.5 million renovation of Morning Pointe of Owensboro Assisted Living in Owensboro, Ky., according to The Owensboro Times.
The company acquired the assisted living community, formerly Heritage Place, and plans to complete renovations and reopen the community by the end of 2024.
The community will consist of 66 assisted living units. Amenities will include live entertainment, arts and crafts programming, wellness offerings such as exercise classes, and intergenerational activities through partnerships with local schools and colleges.
