Morning Pointe Senior Living (Ooltewah, Tenn.) broke ground on Morning Pointe at Happy Valley in Rossville, Ga., according to the website chattanoogan.com.
The project is part of an overall redevelopment of the historic 300-acre Happy Valley Farms.
The single-story, 67,000-square-foot community will comprise 82 units, including 58 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
It will be Morning Pointe’s second community in Georgia.
