Moorings Park and developer London Bay Homes have unveiled plans to develop Moorings Park Grande Lake, a new CCRC in Naples, Fla. Situated on 55 acres the new community will offer luxury mid-rise residences and penthouses with assisted living and memory care services as needed.
Moorings Park Grande Lake is a pet-friendly campus with amenities including a clubhouse, casual and formal dining areas, private dining room, card room, art studio, fitness center, salon and spa, a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, and The Center for Healthy Living.
Nearby will be a yoga pavilion, walking paths, lakeside parklettes with boardwalks, gardens, fire pits, overlooks, and several bird-watching posts.
