Ryan Companies (Minneapolis) and Great Lakes Management (Plymouth, Minn.) are collaborating on a new independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Woodbury, Minn.
The 200-unit Talamore Woodbury will include multiple dining venues, a library, wellness/telehealth center with fitness areas, spa and salon, club room, activity room, and large gathering space.
Ryan Companies will develop, design, and build the project and Great Lakes Management will serve as operator of the project, which is expected to break ground by mid-2021.
