Methodist Retirement Communities Breaks Ground on $140 Million Project In Texas

Methodist Retirement Communities (The Woodlands, Texas) broke ground on a new assisted living, independent living, and memory care community in Fort Worth, Texas.

The $140 million, 236-unit Stevenson Oaks will include 172 independent living units, 40 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units.

Amenity spaces will include multiple dining options, a fitness center, heated swimming pool, auditorium, outdoor living areas, green spaces, and walking paths.

The project team includes AG Architecture (architect; Wauwatosa, Wis.) and Andres (construction; Dallas). Construction completion is slated for 2022.
