Indiana-based Mainstreet and Dallas-based Greenbrier Development, LLC have partnered with Adolfson & Peterson to build a new Next Generation Medical Resort in Plano, Texas.
Designed by PRDG Architecture, the two-story medical resort will offer 30 apartments for those who need assistance and 70 private and companion recovery suites for those who need rehabilitation and therapy services. Ninety percent of the rooms will be single-bed rooms with private bathrooms.
Once construction in completed during the first quarter of 2015, The Ensign Group will operate the resort.
