Adolfson & Peterson has received a permit to commence construction on a 33-acre master planned development in St. Augustine, Fla.
Developed by a joint venture of Montgomery Land Co., and Zerga Development, the St. Augustine project is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2015.
The new senior living facility is comprised of 72 assisted living units and 48 memory care units within a single custom-designed building. The community is situated to take advantage of the area’s amenities, including its proximity to Flagler Hospital.
