Marion Villas Apartments Project Gets City Council Approval

<p>The Kingsburg City Council has approved the development agreement of a 46-unit multi-family senior apartment complex. The<a href="http://www.fresnohousing.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> Fresno Housing Authority</a>, which is developing the new senior living community, was authorized to start construction the moment the agreement was approved by council.</p><p>Marion Villas Apartments (Kingsbury, Calif.) is a two-story complex with approximately 2,400 square feet of retail space on the lower floor.</p><p>The city council has been considering this project since 2011.</p>
