Manorhouse Assisted Living To Build New Project

<p><a href="http://www.manorhouseretirement.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Manorhouse Assisted Living</a> has announced plans to build a new project in Henrico, Va., according to <em>Richmond Bizsense</em>.</p><p>Manorhouse North Gayton will consist of nine homes, independent living cottages, and a 90-unit assisted living community. The 76,000-square-foot assisted living facility will include a memory care wing for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.</p><p>Plans were approved by Henrico County's Planning Commission. Approval from the board of supervisors is still pending.</p>
