The Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant, a planned not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Ellicott City, Md., celebrated its groundbreaking at the site of the proposed senior living community on July 10, 2014.
The Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant will offer adults 60 years old or better, three levels of residential accommodations and care ranging from independent living to skilled nursing. Apartments and homes are offered in a variety of floor plans.
The campus will include a resident community center; walkable access to community amenities and common areas; on-site social, recreational and educational programming; dining; and Floursih, a Miller's Grant trademarked health and wellness program.
Harkins Builders and Williamsburg Homes have been selected to build the 36 homes, 205 apartments, and healthcare center with 20 assisted living suites and 12 skilled nursing beds.
