Regional senior living developer Vantage Point Retirement Living Inc. (Exton, Pa.) and residential and commercial real estate group Ocean Atlantic Companies (Rehoboth Beach, Del.) are planning a new senior living community in Lewes, Del., according to an article in Delaware Business Times.
The 223,000-square-foot, 175-unit Lodge at Historic Lewes includes 78 independent living, 65 assisted living, and 32 memory care units.
The $60 million community will open in 2023.
The project team comprises Kimmel Bogrette (architect; Blue Bell, Pa.) and Paul Risk Construction (general contractor; Quarryville, Pa.).
