According to a report from AZ Big Media, Liv Communities will open a new 110-unit senior living community in Scottsdale, Ariz.
LivGenerations Pinnacle Peak, 170,000-square-foot, $40.5 million community, will feature independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartment homes.
There are a vareity of amenities for residents to enjoy including a heated saltwater pool, art studio, salon and spa, a movie theater, and more.
The project team includes Ryan Cos. US Inc. (general contractor); Todd & Associates Inc. (architect of record); and Thoma-Holec Design (interior designer).
