Senior living developer LifeStar Living (Sarasota, Fla.) is planning a new resort-style senior living community in a waterfront neighborhood in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Phase 1 of The Manhattan community will include more than 80 condo-style homes ranging in size from 1,050 to 2,600 square feet and with modern coastal finishes.
The nine-story community will include indoor and outdoor dining venues, an outdoor pool and nature paths, parking, and fitness center and spa. Healthcare services, including companion support and home care and concierge medical services, will be offered to residents.
Construction on Phase 1 is expected to begin in early 2022.
