Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Portsmouth, Va.) is set to open Lexington Reserve, a 62+ affordable senior living community in Portsmouth, according to a news release from the city of Portsmouth.
Located on the redeveloped site of the former Lincoln Park housing community, the project features 105 one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenity spaces include a fitness center, club room with demonstration kitchen, activity and game room, and wellness center.
