Ground has been broken on Legacy Village of Sugar House in Salt Lake City, Utah. The new community will include retail space and a parking structure, with additional levels dedicated to senior housing and services.
Legacy Village will serve three senior living market segments—independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Resident amenities include daily activities, restaurant-style dining, and more. The living areas and apartment floor plans will be designed to offer a homelike setting.
Western States Lodging, LLC, along with general contractor Big-D Construction are constructing the project along with development partners Woodbury Corp., Dee’s Inc., and the Colmena Group.
