Landmark Lifestyles (Tupelo, Miss.), part of Vitality Living, is planning a new senior living community that will be part of a larger mixed-use development in Tupelo.
The 117-unit Landmark Lifestyles will open in phases. Phase one will include 23 independent living units with attached two-car garages. Amenities will include outdoor spaces, walking paths, and a clubhouse.
Phase two will include 64 assisted living units and 30 memory care units as well as an outdoor dining area with a fire pit, library, beauty salon, and fitness center.
The project team includes LLW Architects Inc. (architecture firm; Memphis, Tenn.) and Banko Design (interior design; Marietta, Ga.).
