Vitality Senior Living and Fusion Hospitality have unveiled plans to break ground in Tupelo, Miss., this spring on Landmark Lifestyles.
The new community will total 117 units, offering 23 independent living cottages, 64 assisted living, and 30 memory care residences.
Residences will enjoy a variety of amenities, such as restaurant-style dining, walking paths, outdoor dining with fire pit, beauty salon, fitness center, activity and engagement rooms, and a clubhouse for independent living cottages.
