Kisco Senior Living Completes The Newbury Of Brookline Community In Brookline, Massachusetts

The 220,000-square-foot campus houses 159 units, including 81 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and a 40-unit memory care neighborhood.

Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) has completed and scheduled a spring opening of The Newbury of Brookline senior community in Brookline, Mass., according to a news release.

The 220,000-square-foot campus houses 159 units, including 81 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and a 40-unit memory care neighborhood, according to a project overview by Finegold Alexander Architects (Boston), the architect of record on the project.

The project team also includes Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA; New York) as the design architect and Pembrooke & Ives (New York) as the interior designer.

The project consists of the adaptive reuse and renovation of an 1895 mansion to accommodate residential units and amenity spaces, including a heated indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, hydrotherapy spa and treatment room, Skyline Lounge bar, library, and craft and activity room.
