Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) is set to open The Newbury of Brookline this winter in Brookline, Mass., according to a news release.
The community will house 81 independent living units, 28 assisted living units, and 40 memory care units.
Amenities include a solar-heated indoor saltwater pool, rooftop bar, and wellness center.
The project will include 190,000 square feet of new construction with 20,000 square feet of renovations to an 1895 mansion on the property.
The project team will comprise architecture firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA; New York), architecture firm of record Finegold Alexander Architects (Boston), and interior design firm Pembrooke & Ives (New York).
