Construction is underway on Hamilton House, a new $23 million, 110-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care campus in Cedarburg, Wis.
LTC Properties Inc. entered into a real estate joint-venture relationship with affiliates of Tealwood Senior Living and developer Tukka Properties for the project.
The senior living community is expected to open in spring 2019.
