The James L. West Alzheimer Clinic has selected Adolfson & Peterson Construction as the construction manager for its renovation project in Fort Worth, Texas.
James L. West Alzheimer Clinic is a four-story, 92,000-square-foot healthcare facility serving the needs of patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The facility recently held a wall-breaking ceremony to commemorate the project start. The remodel will renovate two floors of resident living, including 56,000 square feet of renovation, and will be performed in 5 phases.
The project scope includes MEP replacement, upgrade to all finishes, new casework, new food service equipment, as well as exterior building upgrades.
