Development plans are underway for Isakson Living's Peachtree Hills Place, a luxury residential community on a 20+ acre site, offering a full continuum of care including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing in Atlanta.
The amenities of Peachtree Hills Place will include a clubhouse with multiple dining venues, a fitness center, and a health center. The first phase of development will include 84 condominiums and eight custom single-family homes.
The condominiums will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom plans ranging in size from 1,400+ square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. Once completed, there will be 192 condominiums and 12 single-family homes.
The design of the new development is by Foley Design Associates Architects.
