Senior living company Integral Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Sparks, Nev., according to an article in News4.
The 74,000-square-foot community will feature 90 units with 66 one-and two-bedroom assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
Amenities spaces will include restaurant-style dining, multiple courtyards, a fitness center, putting green, game room, salon, and media room.
Investcor Development (Austin, Texas) is developing the community in partnership with Bow River Capital Real Estate Fund II (Denver) and SMC Construction (Orlando, Fla.).
The community is slated to open in early 2022.
