IntegraCare has broken ground on its Hunters Woods at Trails Edge Senior Living Community project in Reston, Va. Construction is set to begin and completion is expected by January 2019.
The project, to be built on a 4.3-acre lot, will replace the former United Christian Parish with 210 units–90 independent living, 81 assisted living, 15 special needs, and 24 memory care.
Hunters Woods at Trails Edge will be designed with dining rooms, family/living rooms, activity rooms, fitness centers, outdoor terraces, landscaped grounds, and indoor parking. Other amenities will also include an arts studio, barber shop, salon, a bus shelter on the property, lighted walking trails and nature pathways, and more.
The development team is comprised of Atlantic Realty Cos., AEW Capital Management, and IntegraCare.
