Highgate Senior Living Breaks Ground On Arizona Project

The $25 million assisted living and memory care community is expected to open in spring 2021.

Highgate Senior Living (Issaquah, Wash.) is planning a 90,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Flagstaff, Ariz., according to an article in Arizona Daily Sun.

The $25 million, three-story project will include 60 units with studio and one- and two-bedroom options for assisted living residents and 32 units for residents with mid- to late-stage cognitive impairment.

Amenities will include an exterior courtyard, spa, activities area, bistro, and men’s lounge.

The project is slated for completion in spring 2021.
